  Parcel is over one month late (Still hasn't arrived). Customer service is non existent. If you want to email or call to complain good luck with that. Avoid this place at all costs. EDIT: I finally got though to someone several hours after writing this review. I had to contact them on messenger which is rather embarrassing considering there are four "Flatdog" emails they suggested i contact for customer services. The customer service i received today was extremely poor to put it lightly. The person i spoke to over messenger was very passive aggressive, didn't take responsibility for the late parcel and didn't apologise. Easily the worst customer service i have ever experienced. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

  Tried on numerous occasions to buy a Goal Zero Yeti 400 from Flatdog but they never replied to emails. When I did manage to talk to someone, on 2 occasions they promised to call back with a lead time on the availability from Goal Zero because they didn't have stock, they never returned my calls. It appears they advertise the product cheaper than anyone else but can't get stock? Is that false advertising or just misleading..... Either way, avoid if you can.
