I was welcomed to Ford Gainsborough ask what the problems where by the qualified mechanics who where very under standing to my situation and where able to put my mind at rest they have asked me to monitor the vehicle for a week which I am happy to do .   Honestly there are not enough stars on here to represent the quality of the work and the friendliest people that this place can offer to its customers! They are the most accommodating and pleasant throughout all processes of rather buying a new/used car to repairing/servicing it! Bought a used 2010 car and due to credit check it took a bit to get sorted but they literally did the impossible to help me get the car and get the lowest price. Now, the car needed fixing with both rear abs sensors and yet again these beautiful people pull the possible out of the impossible, they're amazing! And they will guarantee better prices then all the garages in the area! Many thanks again to you Paul and also your Manager!!!!

  My old car had died on me and I needed a replacement fast. I had no problems at all while going through the process of purchasing a used car with Evans Halshaw. Everything was sorted for my arrival. I never thought buying a car from a dealership would be so easy, but Jake Roberts made this possible. I would like to thank Jake for his customer service as he made this process simple and it was a pleasure doing business with him.
