  Improved facilities and amazing trainers. The pool is a good size and is usually fairly quiet. The memberships give special offers and freebies too :) A good price for membership with access to gyms across the country Free parking is a bonus too :)

  I have been member since this gym opened. I find the gym very clean and the equipment is in good order, although repairs can take few weeks, I use weekday evening and weekend. Week days can busy around 5-6pm but does empty after 7pm. The atmosphere is good, does not come across to bull-pen although some users you do drop of weights return to stands. For me the thing could better the music is far to loud so use noise suppression headphones, but when spin class is on the combine noise is high. The plunge pool and swimming pool are too cold me. My wife tried the gym for pool this reason she stop using. To make what would be a good gym better would addition of sauna.
