  Our Lattes were cold even though we asked for extra hot, seating area had more biscuits on the floor than behind the counter toilets were well say no more. Staff don't like to communicate, no excuse...

  Called in tonight for a coffee after doing some christmas shopping,had 3 festive lattes and a mint choc chip milkshake thing,nearly £15 had to wait 20 minuts, and the drinks were awful,had better from mcdonalds at a quarter of the price. Not to mention nearly half the tables were filthy,wouldnt mind but it was nearly empty and and 3 staff stood doing nothing.
